Every villa at Etang Vallier rural lakeside resort is the property of an individual owner who rents to visitors when they are not using their home themselves. The onsite services garantee that you have the benefits of quality controlled accomodation as well as the personal touches the owner has added.

The Pinède has a DVD, CD, games, reading material and other special touches.  

The resort offers a very friendly atmosphere with kind staff and everything you need to enjoy an independent self catering holiday. There is a no fuss environment, but if ever you need something- just ask and you are very likely to be indulged. The activities that are available all summer are ideal without being overpowering.

The Pinède villa was built in 2005. The 3 bedrooms feature 2 doubles and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (for 4 guests) The villa is perfect for 8 guests and can accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
Maximum 2 per villa. There is a 15€ supplement. Dogs must be on leash at all times, may not be left unaccompanied in the villa and are not allowed on the beach or in the lake and pool areas.

The Pinède villa is a single level holiday home- there is only 2 steps to enter. The bathrooms are not specially equipped however there is a bathtub as well as a separate corner shower unit. Please request details we would be happy to advise on the suitability. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a museum.
