The Comfort villas are carefully redecorated and updated 2 bedroom mini villas. Newly refurbished bathrooms and new tile flooring accompany the spacious floorplan to guarantee happy family holidays. Every villa at Etang Vallier rural lakeside resort is the property of an individual owner who rents to visitors when they are not using their home themselves. The onsite services garantee that you have the benefits of quality controlled accomodation as well as the personal touches the owner has added.

The comfort villas are freshly decorated, they all feature new tile flooring, well equipped kitchens and many also have a dishwasher and other touches such as DVD, CD, games, reading material and more. Equipment varies, so make sure to send an email telling us the items that are of importance to you. We'll accommodate where possible and let you know what is available.
 

The resort offers a very friendly atmosphere with kind staff and everything you need to enjoy an independent self catering holiday. There is a no fuss environment, but if ever you need something- just ask and you are very likely to be indulged. The activities that are available all summer are ideal without being overpowering.

Relax under the pines on your terrace with a cold drink and good friends and family. Each villa has a covered terrace with a garden table and chairs. Open the shutters and let the in the fresh country air.

Etang Vallier Resort is just 2 km from the center of Brossac Village. Angouleme is a 45 minute drive and Bordeaux about 1 hour. The Atlantic beaches are just over an hour away- if you can tear yourself away from the lake beach and activities on site!

Etang Vallier is a wonderful swimming lake covering 4 hectares. Lounge on the sandy beach with a Sun Umbrella, or under the pines nearby the water. Try the restaurant while overlooking the lake.

In Brossac, most services are available: pharmacy, Spar superette, boulangerie, post office, restaurants, tennis club (court rentals), garage, small market with a selection of local products every Saturday mornings.

Nearby, Chalais has a larger market (Mondays) plus super market, boutiques, internet cafe, multiple restaurants and bars. Barbezieux has a Tuesday market, and even more shopping, hospital and multiple banks.

Plenty of friendly nearby visits and activities surround Etang vallier resort. While the park is secreted away amonst rolling hills of vines and mature woodlands, there is an amazing choice of activity with in an hour of the park. Even visitors with 2 and 3 weeks holiday planned won't have time filling their days- from Bordeaux to the Atlantic beaches, Cave exploring, forest hikes, fine art museums, local markets and antiquing to Cognac tasting and fine, copious, reasonably priced cuisine... you'll never forget the friendly, uncrowded beauty of South Charente. 

The Comfort villas are recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom homes with separate WC. One bedroom is a double, the 2nd bedroom has either 2 sets of bunk beds (for 4 guests) or 1 set of bunk beds, a single bed with a 4th pull out single. The villas are perfect for 6 guests and can accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
2 maximum per villa with pet supplement 15€ per stay. Dogs must be on leash, may not be left unaccompanied in the villa and are not allowed on the beach or in the lake. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a museum.
