This country house is a perfect vacation rental for couples or more people. It's located past Concon right off the coastal highway. The house itself is located on a quite exclusive neighbourhood. Besides having all the amenities such as bedding and kitchenware there is a perfect place to relax. The property also has a pool and laundry on the premises.

The country house has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The country house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the country house you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find sailing, historic sites, a museum.
