Our apartment has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday and just 200 metres from the beach with sea views from the balcony.

The apartment sleeps upto six people and is fully fitted including balcony table and chairs, lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds), bathroom with shower, lounge has a pull-out bed-settee which sleeps an extra 2 people, secure underground car parking, secure gated childrens play area just outside the apartment and a communal pool right next to it so you can keep an eye on the kids while they play.

The kitchen comprises of electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, toaster and everything else you need for a self-catering Holiday. The lounge has a TV with a dining area for upto six people. There is also heating and air conditioning and an iron and iron board is also included. Clean towels and bed linen are provided and cleaned as part of the rental booking after you leave.

Oropesa del mar started life as a picturesque fishing village on the east coast of Spain approximately 80 kilometers north of the beautifully historic city of Valencia.

Featuring The Tower of the King,a great monument of defensive character that possesses Oropesa, nowadays one of the last known Valencian military buildings. Its aesthetics presents an unique, Renaissance style among the military architecture of the XVI century.

Today Oropesa has grown in size and stature alongside the Fantastic development that is Marina Dor, creating a bustling holiday town in the summer months and a quiet friendly village in the winter months.

There are many towns and villages within short driving distances to create a holiday adventure you will always remember. The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Hi folks, Weve just returned from a wonderful week spent visiting the east coast of Spain, from Barcelona to Valencia, and further inland to Zaragoza and finally in Tarragona. Most of our week was spent in your lovely apartment at Marina DOr. It was really comfortable, spotlessly clean and very-well equiped. It was also ideally located to allow us to visit many of the surrounding areas such as Benicassim, Castellon de la Plana and Valencia. To sit on the balcony both mornings and evenings with a cup of tea and watch the blue Mediterranean from one side and the range of mountains from the other was pure heaven, especially when the March weather was so good compared to home.
