The Villa has been decorated and furnished for owners use - not in the typical way for the rental market A delightful drive through orange groves brings you to the villa, which is situated amongst mountains with spectacular views. Located in a quiet residential area 3 mins drive or 25 mins walk from a typical village with many amenities and 15 mins drive to Gandia that truly boasts the best beaches on the Mediterranean.  

Beautiful covered naya overlooking the pool and upstairs terrace leading from master bedroom. Pleasant gardens, large terraced areas around the pool, sunbathing area and shaded Pergola, private 10m x 5m tiled pool, with roman steps, and solar heated outside shower, dining table and chairs and extensive garden furniture. Barbecue and outdoor grill for use of guests. Secure parking for 2 cars in the driveway and parking on quiet residential street. 

Barx, which is 3 minutes away by car or 25 minutes walking has has excellent facilities, a bank, small supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It is frequented by the Spanish from the surrounding areas giving it a totally Spanish atmosphere. Gandia is the ancient seat of the Borgia family with shopping centres and hypermarkets and wonderful clean sandy beaches. There are excellent tennis and palota courts nearby and horse-riding. The area is known throughout Spain for its medicinal herbs, originally cultivated by the monks of the nearby monastery of Simat. It is also famous as a centre of importance and interest to archaeologists with the Parpallo and Maladete caves a stones throw away. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Chris says: "One of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The pool is a good size and well designed with a nice garden surrounding it. Umbrellas, deckchairs all in good condition and the property itself in very good condition. Nice welcome pack and helpful contact (thanks Ian). Location a bit high up near Barx (nice little town) and a car essential, but lovely fresh air compared with the heat of the beach or town. Weather excellent - difficult to fault the villa. Layout good although only one on-suite but no issue for us. Thoroughly recommend it. If youve not been to Gandia, it is much more Spanish and the beach is massive and sandy with good facilities and safe bathing. 2nd visit to Gandia but a much better villa this time. Recommend it."
