The property is a large, well maintained and equipped villa situated in the beautiful Marxuquera valley. Although in a rural location the historic town of Gandia is only 10 minutes drive away, where one can enjoy its history, excellent shopping and award winning sandy beach. The very "Spanish" village of Palma de Gandia is only 3 miles away and within walking distance of the villa are several bars and restaurants. 

One of the main attractions of the property is its situation within its own spacious grounds. There is ample terracing and a very private large swimming pool (10x5m). The front terrace and balcony receives the first sun of the day so breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking abundant orange groves and distant hills. The swimming pool receives sun all day long. In case the sun gets too much, or on a cloudy day, inside there is a large living room / dining area. The bedrooms are generously proportioned and the kitchen modern and well equipped. There is an outside barbecue area. 

 

Fantastic panoramic views can be appreciated from the front terrace. The garden / terraces enjoy all day sun - however there is shade available for those that prefer it.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving, a themepark.

karen says: "La Palma was a fantastic villa. The owner had thought of everything to make visitors comfortable - all the comforts of home and more! There is a large living area and kitchen with a wonderful naya overlooking the valley of orange groves. The welcome pack was very necessary as we arrived late on Saturday night and no shops were open on Sunday. Poolside there are plenty of beds, patios in both sun and shade and parasols. The villa is in a rural position about a 15 minute run in the car from the Gandia beach (closer to Gandia town) so if you want to be near the beach this is not the villa for you. However, if you want peace, tranquility and a fabulous holiday - then this is the one for you! The beaches in the area are all fantastic with blue flags - Gandia beach can be busy but if you head to the Zone Nord it is quieter. Have fun if you chose this villa - we did!"
