This two bedroom air conditioned apartment on the first floor (right) in a small complex of eight on Cumbre del Sol has picturesque sea views over the apartments private pool and gardens.

The apartment is located mid way between Valencia & Alicante in the scenic area know as the Marina Alta, where miles of orange groves, vineyards and olive trees are set against the backdrop of mountains and the Mediterranean sea. 

As you enter this first floor air conditioned apartment, the main living area is to your right. There are two large sofas to relax on and Cable TV, multi-format DVD / CD player and a selection of books for your entertainment. The sliding patio doors lead to the south facing sun terrace, with extensive sea views over the pool and gardens. There are two sun loungers and table and chairs for four to enjoy 'al fresco' dining whist taking in the beautiful surrounding.

Returning to the living area, the American style kitchen is to the rear segregated by a breakfast bar, complete with stools for four. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & fridge / freezer. To the left is a utility cupboard, housing the washing machine, iron & board, clothes horse, etc.

Passing between the living area and kitchen, there is a small lobby, with a twin bedroom to your left, spacious double bedroom to your right and the bathroom directly ahead, complete with toilet, basin, bidet and full bath with wall mounted shower attachment.

The large free form pool is directly outside, complete with Jacuzzi, set in a grassed pool area. It is for the sole use of the eight apartments and there is ample room to relax around it. The surrounding gated garden areas are terraced and provided additional areas to relax in the sun and are an ideal area for holding barbeques. 

Within 300m of the apartment you'll find the commercial centre with an excellent supermarket, café bar, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery. Adjacent is the La Cumbre Restaurant and Bar with wonderful views that cannot fail to impress. Their huge pool can be used by all and the snack bar provides refreshments should you need them. The other commercial centre, Llirios, on Cumbre del Sol is within a five minute drive and is home to bars, bank, restaurants and shops for you to enjoy.

30 minutes drive brings you to Benidorm with its major attractions including Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Natura Nature Park, The Mediterranean Casino and the famous Benidorm Palace. A short trip inland brings you to the Jalon Valley with it's vineyards, bodegas and large rustic Saturday market. Further inland you'll find the ancient fortress town of Guadalest and the Fonts de Algas waterfalls. There are golf courses in abundance with 3 within 5 - 20 minutes drive of the villa. The local beach is a couple of minute drive with the larger sandy beaches at Javea and Moraira within a 15 minute drive 

From the balcony there are extensive views over the pool and gardens towards the sea. The terraced perimeter garden area surrounds the apartments and provides extra space for relaxing and is ideal for barbeques, (equipment not included). The beautiful fishing village of Moriara and lively resort of Javea, with their gentlly sloping sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets are within a 15 minute drive. Javea golf club is a 10 minute drive and Club de Ifach is 20 minutes away. There are further courses at Denia, Oliva and Altea, all within 45 minutes. 15 minutes inland, explore the beautiful Jalon Valley with its mountains, quaint villages and many markets and Bodegas selling the local wines The Port of Denia 20km to the north is worth a visit and has regular ferry services to Majorcar, Minorca and Ibiza

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
