This beautiful apartment is located at the southern end of the Costa Blanca where the weather is good all year. The apartment is located in Los Dolses, Villa Martin close to Torrevieja. There are shops bars and restaurants right on your doorstep and the excellent Villa Martin plaza around 15 minutes on foot that will serve you practicaly any international cuisine. Here you will also find lots of night-life. The property has two bathrooms, one with walk in power shower and the other with a power shower over a bath. There are two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe room and a further double sofa bed in the lounge room. The kitchen has a washer and dishwasher. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot. The apartment is bright airy and very modern and very well presented. The swiming pool on site is fantastic and perfect for all families.

The Los Dolses commercial centre is 2 minutes on foot with a host of bars and restuarants serving international food and drink at great prices. There is a comprehensive guide-book in the apartment to help you get to know the areas to visit and sights to see. The championship golf course at Villa Martin is less than 5 minutes away by car.
This is a beautiful well presented apartment that has a lot of repeat custom so please book now to avoid not getting the dates you desire. Car hire is recommended for getting out and about to see all the local attractions. This can be arranged at a very affordable price through us via a local sevice very close to the apartment. 

The apartment is located close to the main motorway which will take you quickly to such places as Terra Mitica (Theme Park) near Benidorm. This is about a 1 to 1 1/2 hours drive north. To the south you could be in Almeria, where some of the Spagetti westerns were filmed. This will take around 2 hours. La Manga is much closer and a great place to visit at only 30 to 45 minutes away south.  

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
