The apartment is privately owned & fully equipped to a good standard, with washing machine, microwave, satellite TV. A rear patio with three sun loungers and table and chairs for wining and dining beside the pool. The pool is 9 x 5 meters with overhanging palm trees, a perfect place for relaxation during the hot summer days, the pool is situated right out side the front doors of the apartment. And is shared with only one other apartment that is occupied only a couple of times per year, so this apartment really is private and has lots of space for all the family. Also for your use is a beautiful communal pool only a couple of minuets walk, it’s a large lagoon pool with a bar/restaurant for cold drinks and hot food. This apartment is ideal for families seeking a relaxing break. Although not necessary car hire is recommended to enjoy your holiday to the full and to visit all the nice palaces Spain has to offer!!  

Gran Alacant is a coastal urbanisation which is about 8 kilometres south of Alicante airport.
Walking distance there are a large choice of bars’ & restaurants, 1 large swimming pool complex, flat green bowling & 5 supermarkets. A bus service & various coach trips are also available. Emergency services are available & 2 fully maintained clinics’ are open. Public telephones are ample, as well as 2 or 3 internet cafes’. A street market on Thursday is worth a visit. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.
 

Gran Alacant beach is about 1 kilometre away and is one of the best beaches in the Costa Blanca area with its clean, soft sand. It often wins the blue ribbon award. It has four beach bars if you need a nice cold beer or some food.
With in half an hour drive in most directions there are also plenty of golf courses.
Water parks, Elche Safari park & horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.
A short boat trip away is the island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking & snorkelling the clear crystal waters.
For those who want the noisy crowds, fun & late night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than an hour away by car. Also has a theme park, a safari park with a small water park as well, large water park & Benidorm Palace for good international entertainment.

Michele says: "The property was wery well manned, we immediately felt it was the perfect place for a nice and relaxing vacation. When I say relaxing I really mean it! The neighborhood is quite, the house confortable and equipped with all necessary stuff to let you feel at home. The owners are really correct and friendly people, whom made us feeling the landlords. So correct that they asked us for suggestions in order to improve the quality of the property. We suggeted him to change the matresses and, even though the weather was perfect 90% of the 30 days of our stay, just to install a single AC unit which never hurts!! I really trust the improvements have been made already! It is nearby a commercial center that meets all basic needs an some fine dining out choices. The nearby beach (about 1 Km - a shuttle service, stopping in the proximities of the property, is provided by the municipality) is quite wilde but well organized. In few minutes its possible to reach very interesting places such as: Alicante, Santa pola, Guardamar del Segura (which offers a lots of cultural-social activities perfect for families) and many other places. I really wish to be able to be there next year!!! "
