The apartment communal swimming pools are in the main garden area with sunshine most of the day. You will find 2 pools, one of which is for children under 10 years. As with all swimming pools in the area you will find restrictions with the use of air beds and balls etc.

Taxi Transfers Alicante Airport
We can arrange you private transfer if required at half the cost of a standard airport taxi. We xan arrange LEGAL transfers from 1 and up to 22 persons. Our driver speaks English so you will have no problem communicating. We are fully insured and drive at a sensible speed, we will also provide child or bumper seats at all times. Even if you dont book one of our apartments in La Cala Fiestrat we can still arrange private taxi transfer. From as little as 65 euro each way to La Cala Finestrat, we also cover the resorts of Benidorm, Albir, Altea and many more north of Alicante.

Please note: This apartment has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 travel cot and 2 fold away beds which can be set up in the bedrooms as and when required. Extra bedding and linen is stored inside the apartment.

Every window has electric shutters and the main door is of a very high standard with many dead locks. The Alitana apartment block has many residents who keep a close eye on everything that goes on without intruding. We will also be fitting a safe to give you peace of mind in September 2009. Of course this is free to use for all clients.

We have a car parking space if required at no extra charge however you will also find may parking spaces around the Alitana.

The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the 2 Fold away beds Inside the apartment with bed linen provided. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The Alitana ground floor apartment is ideal for families with children and people with wheelchairs or walking difficulties. Within easy access to the sea front wher you will find many shops, bars, restaurants cafe`s and supermarkets, You will find the area of La Cala Finestrat very wheel chair friendly.
We can also provide a mobility scooter if required for 35 euro per week, Contact the owner to arrange and it will be waiting when you arrive. Our mobility scooter brand new top of the range and simple to use. We can also provide walking sticks if required, please ask and we will provide free of charge. 

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
