It has a quiet location with excellent residential neighbours, yet is only a 5 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca
If you prefer to stay by the pool, the owners have provided plenty of poolside games and activities The large front terrace, surrounded by Fruit trees, overlooks the garden and is ideal for evening meals, in the summer the sun sets there at around 10 in the evening It really is a lovely setting with the added benefit of a private driveway to park 2 or 3 cars.  
 
 

Entering the villa from the rear terrace you will come in to a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Utility room with Washer, iron & ironing board. Leading on into a very spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV DVD, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. There are three spacious double ground floor bedrooms one with en suite bathroom all bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. The master bedroom has doors that open on to the large sun terrace. From the front the terrace Leads on to an 10X5 private swimming pool, very large solarium, with table, chairs + sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.
 

The area surrounding La siesta has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops + a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.
 

La Villa Gundin is owned by Spanish people, they have converted their garage space into a huge kitchen and dining area, I deal for family get togethers. The gardens are very well kept with all different types of fruit trees, and the owners do not mind you helping yourself

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

La Villa Gundin is all on one level, and the area around La Siesta is very flat, and traffic is very minimum 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
