It has a quiet location with excellent residential neighbours, yet is only a 10 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca
If you prefer to stay by the communal pool, for your comfort there is a picnic area. Your stay here will be an enjoyable one. Weekly street markets are held in the local towns of Rojales and Benijofar. The lively town of Ciudad Quesada with its night-life is only 15 minutes walk.  
 

Entering the villa from the front you will come in to the lounge, and modern kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, Iron & ironing board. spacious lounge with sofa bed and two armchairs, TV, radio. There are two spacious double ground floor bedrooms, both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space, two bathrooms. There is also a large courtyard leading from the lounge through double patio doors, from the courtyard there are steps leading to a very large solarium, with a room having a daybed for relaxing out of the midday sun. There are a table, chairs, & sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.
 

Car hire is recomended, and we can arrange this for you, however there are shops, bars , and restaurants within walking distance, and the quaint Spanish town of Rojales with its interesting cave houses and weekly street market is only a few minutes walk, also the spanish village of Benijofar with a weekly street market selling fresh home grown produce, is only a few minutes walk. The area surrounding Rojales Hills has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (Garry can arrange special discounts for golfers). The nearest large coastal town is Guardamar Del Segura with its European Blue Flag Beaches and is only 10 minutes drive, with a good range of shops, a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.
 

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.Fom the Huge Solarium There are Panoramic Views over the Crevillente Mountains, and The quaint Spanish village of Callosa del Segura. Also provided for your convenience is a BBQ, cool box and beach umbrella.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
