Entering the villa from the front you will come in to the Summer house, ideal for reading and staying out of the Sun, from there you pass into the lounge, with L shaped Sofa bed, TV, dining area. A Fully modernised kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Iron & ironing board. There are two spacious double ground floor bedrooms, both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. One bathroom with shower and bath. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach. At the rear of the Villa you will find a BBQ, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and a huge orange tree ( help yourself)
 

The area surrounding Rhoda Villa has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Torrevieja - 10 minutes drive - with a good range of shops + a weekly market plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.
 

The garden is around 500 M2 as ample areas for sun bathing. The terrace at the front of the house is ideal for dining in the evenings. The private pool gets sun all day

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Elizabeth says: "The villa was lovely, this is our second holiday in this area, and I would definitely recommend it, it is peaceful, but not too far away from town. Gary and Sue were lovely, and Gary would check in from time to time to make sure everything was ok, and kept the pool clean. Maybe welcome packs would be consideration for future visits as we would willingly pay a few extra euros for water and milk etc to be there when we arrive. All in all, a great holiday, thank you so much, and we will be back!! Brian Liz and family."
