Detached villa on a peaceful, picturesque, private development, surrounded by orange, lemon & olive groves, nestling in the hills behind Benidorm Bay. With fully fitted kitchen, free view satellite TV in the lounge, patio with furniture for alfresco dining. Air-con and heating. There is a roof terrace with panoramic views of sea & mountains, with all day sunshine. The bustling nightlife of Benidorm is a 10-15 minute drive or if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle there are plenty of villages within easy reach. The area makes an excellent touring centre for the Northern Costa Blanca, from the sleepy village of Polop with its 200 fountains, the medieval town of Guadalest & the historical Moorish coastal town of Altea. The communal swimming pool is a 2 minute walk & serves 22 villas, & usually very quiet. Theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundomar are nearby. There are a number of golf courses close by. Car hire, airport pick ups can be arranged at reasonable rate

This tastefully furnished villa is well away from the bustling crowds, yet close enough to the beaches, shops and nightlife when you want to indulge.
The villa has three good sized bedrooms and all the amenties you might need, including satellite TV and partial AC/heating. The communal swimming pool is conveniently situated immediately across the road.
The owner is very helpful, and we can recommend the property without reservation.
