This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is 3 years old and in excellent order, it features 2 twin bedrooms, lounge/diner with satelitte TV including BBC & ITV channels and dvd player, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, and microwave with a balcony that overlooks the 10th fairway of the golf course. The apartment, which is on Alenda Golf Course, has access to 2 large communal swimming pools and a clubhouse which offers both good restaurant fare and traditional spanish tapas! 

Alenda Golf is reckoned by many to be the best course in the area, and its only twenty minutes from Alicante airport. There are also many other fine courses within easy reach of Alenda, including Bonalba Golf and El Plantio.
Alenda is suited to both golfers and families, as there is plenty for non-players and children there is a fantastic communal pool for the apartment, and the beach is only 25 minutes away. Benidorm and Terra Mitica (a huge theme-park) are about 45 minutes away, Benidorm also has the attractions of Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Benidorm Palace. The apartment is ideally situated within easy reach of Benidorm but away from the hustle and bustle that comes with large resorts.
Closer to home there are plenty of places to eat and drink, from small tapas bars to sophisticated (but still inexpensive) restaurants, Elche has a wealth of these as does Alicante , you really are spoilt for choice.
We recommend a car when staying at Alenda but we do offer our own private taxi service which is very reasonaly priced! 

 

This is a frontline golf course property and the balcony looks directly onto the 10th fairway.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

There is lift access direct from the downstairs car park and ramps and lifts where necessary to gain access to street and the apartment is on one level. 

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
