The villa is situated at the end of a hillside cul de sac, with no passing traffic. On arriving at the villa you are greeted with one of the finest 180 degree views in the area.Simply breathtaking.There is secure parking for 2 vehicles behing a lockable vehicle gate and a controlled pedestrian gate.There is a flight os steps down from the parking area which leads to a fantastic pool terrace with a beautiful swimming pool.On the pool terrace there is an outside shower,a poolside kitchen ,bbq area and a selection of sunbeds and outside dining furniture. Standing on the pool terrace you can fully appreciate the magnificant views to Montgo mountain and Javea bay. Outside the villa there is a superb wide naya(balcony) wrapping itself around the top floor of thevilla, where you can sit,eat and drink whilst enjoying the spectacular panoramic views. 

The inside accomadation consists of 3 bedrooms, with a lovely lounge and dining area, a satalite television system with DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven anfd hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,microwave oven and sink boiler for instant hot water. The kitchen looks out onto the sides of the villa with double aspect windows, with views over the national park and glimpses of Javea bay.There is also an upstairs bathroom/shower/wc. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, one en suite to the master bedroom which also has patio doors that lead directly out to the pool terrace. 

Villa Montana has the most fantastic views to Montgo mountain over the village of Benitachell and its historic church which is lit at night. Javea port and the sea can be seen in the distance.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
