Self Catering Holiday Villa in Moraira On The Sunny Costa Blanca
The Villa is set in 1’000m2 of stunning terraced gardens and is layed out over two floors. The upper floor consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom including a wash basin and toilet, a large open plan kitchen with fridge, clothes washer, dishwasher and gas cooker.
Leading from the kitchen is a dining area which leads to the lounge in which there is a TV and satellite system from the dining area sliding doors lead to a covered terraced which then opens out onto an open terrace 11m x 3m.
There is one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms one twin with en-suite shower room, toilet and basin. One bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin, and a shower room with a toilet, washbasin and bidet.
On the lower floor there is an entrance hall, cloakroom with toilet and washbasin, shower room with wash basin and toilet. One bedroom with double bed and a large bedroom with two single beds. There is also a kitchen.
The property also has various terraced gardens for sunbathing, socialising and alfresco dining etc. There is a stone built BBQ with a stone table and seating area. Below the BBQ terrace is the pool terrace with private pool and shower, this terrace then leads down to a small private fruit orchard with seating where you can pick your own fresh oranges, lemons and grapefruit straight from the trees, also fresh figs when in season.
Along with the terraces at the front of the property, there are at the rear, further enclosed terrace gardens for additional privacy

MORAIRA TOWN
The villa is located within 10-15mins walking distance of the picturesque coastal town of Moraira, its shops and its beautiful beaches so although a car is an advantage it is by no means essential. Of course there are local taxis that run 24hrs a day with reasonable rates and many English speaking drivers. The town itself sits barely a stones throw from the sea, originally a tiny fishing village Moraira retains its small town feel in a cosmopolitan atmosphere rich in local ambience. For those gastronomes among you it’s tempting to say that Moraira is over endowed with countless good restaurants & fine dining experiences but for those with less demanding tastes there are a variety of bars, snack bars, cafes, and less formal restaurants offering such delicacies as burgers, pizzas, chicken, kebabs, fish and chips etc. Most eateries offer a ‘menu del dia’ (menu of the day) ranging in price from €6 upwards and generally include 3 courses, wine or water and coffee.
