This spacious new town house is situated on the prestigious 5* La Finca Golf Complex, with lovely views across the golf course and nearby Nevada mountain range.

The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). It has a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine, and a very spacious lounge/diner with seating for 6 guests. The house has air conditioning, which also functions as a heater during the cooler months. A walk through the sliding doors takes you to the terrace and garden, where you can enjoy alfresco dining.

The spacious upstairs solarium has a table and seating for 6, a large parasol, sun loungers and barbeque. From here you can take in the glorious views over the golf course and nearby mountain range. This is the perfect spot to while away the hours sunbathing.

In front of the house is a delightful, well-maintained communal garden with secure, off-road parking within a gated community. The communal pool is to the rear of the property within a landscaped, secluded area.
 

With over 20 courses locally, the Costa Blanca is a haven for golfers, suitable for the seasoned pro to the high handicapper.

But don’t worry if you are not a golfer, as there are plenty of other attractions to explore. Inland there are many historical towns to visit including Orihuela, Murcia, and Elche. The nearby town of Torrevieja boasts a modern shopping mall and a water slide park for the children.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, a sports center, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
