Set in the mountains of Alicante, Alenda Green can be found just 20 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes by car from Alicante city centre, where you will find a beautiful beach, many shops and a stunning harbour, a great place to spend some time people watching.

The house was built in late 2006, within an enclosed private complex with communal swimming pool and childrens play ground.

This spacious property is offered to a high specification, and is a very comfortable, clean holiday home for your enjoyment.

With the house arranged over three floors, there is one double bedroom with en-suite, and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom on the first floor. There is an adjoining terrace off of the twin bedrooms that over looks the pool.

On the ground floor you will find a fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility area, a very comfortable lounge with dining area complete with LCD TV, Hi-Fi and DVD player and a terrace with pool view. The lower level is furnished as a day room with sofa, and has another terrace with patio table and chairs and access to the pool area. The first two floors have air conditioning, the lower level does not as this will be more of an open day room.

 

The basement leading on to the swimming pool has sleeping facilities for an additional 2 people, however this is only recommended in the summer months, as there is no heating or air conditioning available in this part of the house. 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lower Ground Floor with windows. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

The pool and playground area are fantastic and we had nearly sole use of it during our stay. A car is essential. Great supermarket within a short walk which stocks nearly everything you could need. I highly recommend this property it was very clean and in a lovely peaceful area ,there was everything in the house you would need and a great shared pool area ,there is a good supermarket close by that has most things,the only thing i would recommend is a car if like going to the beach,communcation with the owner was great, allways helpful and kept you informed, we had a great time and when we go back to spain we know where we will stay many thanks! We stopped at the property for two weeks from the end of June to mid July 2008 and found the whole experioence to be excellent. The party consisted of three adults and four teenagers and the property was perfect for this group size. The property itself was in very good condition, clean and tidy with good quality furniture and appliances. The swimming pool area was fantastic and overall the complex a very nice place to be. Whilst we were initially concerned that the property was inland and possible a bit isolated we found that the trip to Alicante by car only ever took between 15 and 20 minutes on good roads. The small (friendly) supermarket on site was perfectly adequate for our needs beiong well stocked and very clean. Overall, an excellent experoience and we have already recomended friends.
