The area of La Florida is residential with permanent residents and many holiday homes. The area has a supermarket, restaurants, bars, bank, bowls within 5 minutes of the apartment. The area is very flat so good for walking. There is a local bus which takes you to the beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The pool area is very private and if you are looking for relaxing days and livley or quiet evening this is the place to be!

Within an hours drive of Benidorm with its Terra Mitica theme park and large Aqua Park..This area has something for everyone- beaches, golf, shopping, culture (the Moors and Christians festivals are outstanding)  

There are 3 golf courses within 20 mins drive. The apartment is adjacent to resautrants and a short walk to the local shopping complex and famous Playa Flamenca Saturday street market.

Diana says: "Me and my husband went to the villa in July for 1 week. We were very happy to find out very nice apartment with a lot of space, large balcony and own kitchen and bathroom. We spend evenings on the balcony with glass of wine under the stars it was fantastic!! There is also private pool which we used everyday. Beaches are close, a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance from the villa. The landlords Ian and Janet were very nice to us and we are definitely planing to come in their villa again!"
