This magnificent development is located in a pocket of countryside on the outskirts of the Alicante city centre. It is a peaceful and tranquil location that offers the best of both worlds , a holiday destination that is near to all the attractions but also a retreat that can help you switch off and forget about the world for a while.

The town house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, a lounge / dining area, large basement and a covered exterior terrace with table and chairs & sun loungers to help you drift away in the summer breeze.

Other installations include HOT/COLD air conditioning, washing machine, fridge freezer, bed linen and towels for all guests and private parking.

The community garden has the added attraction of a large lawn with sprinkler system a private swimming pool and landscaped garden areas.


 

The nearest facilities are on site where you can find a supermarket and club house with restaurant and bar that is open for evening meals and cocktails. Other nearby facilities can be found within ten minutes drive from the villa. The first being the local shopping centre “Puerta de Alicante”, which houses one of the largest supermarkets in town, it also provides main shopping stores (Zara, Masimo Dutti etc), a 13 screen cinema, fast food restaurants like fosters Hollywood, Macdonalds, Istanbul Kebabs, Japanese Wok buffet and El Lizarran Tapas Bar.

The Alicante Port can also be found within a short drive offering further places to eat, a night time market, night life and a dive centre. There is also an open air, chill out bar on the seas edge where you can enjoy a cocktail or two on some comfy sofas or in a designer teepee all to yourself.

Fancy a change of scenery? Head into Elche and discover some fantastic botanical gardens, fine architecture and again great places to eat out of an evening. You can take a walk on the wild side as well at the Elche Safari park near Santa Pola.

So what about the nearest beach? Again just a short drive away with a choice of 3 main beaches: Arrenales del sol, Urbanova and Playa Postiguet in the Alicante Marina. You can also head north and find Playa San Juan and El Campello which again is only a short drive away.
 

When you land you will be met at the airport by one of our agents and escorted to the villa which is nearby. Once at the villa you will be provided with a brief explanation and introduction and then given the keys so that you can start to enjoy your holiday.

Fancy a day out? Maybe you wish to visit a theme park? Benidorm is only 25 mins drive away offering some really fun days out. Terra Mitica is an attraction park with some of the best rides and shows for the kids and adults that never get old. Maybe you want to see wildlife? Try Mundomar and get soaked by a killer whale or take a dip with some dolphins.

If you prefer something a bit more laid back you can try taking a trip into Altea for the day which has a very traditional old town where you can enjoy the arts, fine dining and romantic scenery.

If golf is on your agenda you have the choice of 3 very fine golf courses, on site or within a 15 minute drive from the villa. Alenda golf is a fine 18 hole golf course located on the A31 from Alicante – Madrid, recently voted by many as the best kept golf course on the Costa Blanca and by far one of the most popular at this time.

Just down the road from Alenda is Plantío Golf a PGA standard course with everything to offer for the lower handicaps. Or you may wish to head out to Bonalba Golf, another fine 18 hole complex with an additional spa to get rid of those cramps after walking the fare ways.

You may be arriving on a Sunday or late at night. The villas are left with the cupboards bare so we can also provide you with a welcome pack to help you through until the shops’ opening time.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
