The apartment is on a small complex of approximately 62 properties and is situated in Villamartin area, a quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants. It is just short 5 minutes drive to the Villamartin Plaza which boasts a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops catering for most tastes and budgets. 

This newly built apartment, is situated on the second floor with it’s own front terrace and small balcony to the rear over looking the pool. It is tastefully furnished to a very high specification throughout comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and lounge/diner with kitchen area. Also benefits from hot/cold air conditioning. There is a wonderful swimming pool with child’s pool in the centre of the development which forms the hub of this small community. A number of the properties are permanently occupied by ex-pats making local information readily available and a very friendly environment. Although certainly not isolated, we do recommend car hire to make full advantage of all the local area and it’s amenities. The apartment caters for 4 people dining.  

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.
