This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beautiful detached villa is situated in El Raso. Only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar town, 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches and dunes of Guadarmar beach, a good choice of restaurants, bars, shops and schools, you are also only a 30 minute drive to either Alicante or Murcia airport. The property is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard with a large fully fitted kitchen which has all white goods included. Full hot and cold air conditioning. There is a roof top solarium and terrace large enough for patio furniture. A large swimming pool and low maintenance garden with a two car drive.
The outside patio area has a bbq for you to use, the pool area has patio chairs and table.
inside there is a comfortable size lounge and dining room area. the kitchen is fully fitted with all appliaces and washing machine. there are two bedrooms downstairs one with a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a downstairs bathroom with an over bath shower. the main bedroom upstairs has a large walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The roof top solaruim is a great place to enjoy the warm evenings. The solarium also has lounge chairs so you can enjoy sunbathing.
This is a very nice holiday villa and sleeps eight comfortably.

A perfect harmony of historical and festive attractions co-exist, alongside an offering of sun and beach in Guardamar. A beautiful landscape of sand dunes contributes to making it a desirable tourist destination. The town is situated in an area that has yielded the remains of Phoenician and Iberian settlements. The river Segura divides the territory into two zones. The municipality had to be completely rebuilt from nothing, after being destroyed by an earthquake. Today it presents a dozen kilometres of beaches covered with sand dunes and fringed by pine, eucalyptus and palm trees.
The "Marina de las Dunas", a modern sporting marina with nearly 500 mooring points, is home to the nautical sports on offer in this calm tourist locality, with activities like sailing courses and scuba diving. The Las Rabosas sports complex is equipped with an athletics track, two grass fields and one sand pitch on which to practise football, rugby, etc.
The image of the beaches here is conveyed by a vast coastal nature reserve of more than 800 hectares of dunes - covered in pine trees, eucalyptus and palm trees which halt the approaching sands - along the towns 11 km of fine sand. From the north to the south, the coast begins with two natural beaches separated by the estuary of the river Segura -whose sediments were transported by sea currents to form the basis of the dunes - where a modern marina is situated. From this point onwards, the coast is a series of beaches with full facilities, particularly Centro and La Roqueta beaches. Furthest to the south lie another three natural beaches more than 3 km long stretching as far as the Torrevieja boundary. The fine sand and clean waters make these beaches the perfect spot for water sports.

Lying as it does in an important strategic position on the Mediterranean coastline, the Costa Blanca has been invaded and occupied by various important civilizations including Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, Visigoths, Carthaginians and Moors. Each civilization has left its own identity on the region and each has resulted in significant cultural and religious consequences for the indigenous population. A different kind of invasion occurred during the 20th Century - that of tourism, and this has probably resulted in the most rapid and dramatic changes in the Costa Blanca’s history so far. A huge amount of development has taken place and the economy of the region has undergone sweeping changes. Towns and villages which formerly relied on fishing, agriculture and salt production now rely almost entirely on tourism and related industries and many new jobs have been created, increasing the wealth of the region and its inhabitants.
The main attraction for holidaymakers (especially north Europeans) is of course the wonderful climate, with over 300 days of sunshine each year and very low rainfall, it is the perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or a well earned winter break. Sunshine is virtually guaranteed from May to October so it is not necessary to confine visits to the popular months of July and August. In the months of December and January the Costa Blanca normally enjoys some beautiful sunny days, so it is a great place to take a break away from the dismal weather of the UK and other north European countries.
For many it may even be a mistake to visit during July and August as temperatures can soar into the 40’s and for some this is simply too hot. If visiting during these months make sure you bring plenty of high factor sun lotion for yourself and particularly for young children, if in doubt try to confine your visits to the cooler months. May and October are usually beautiful and sunny but without the uncomfortable high temperatures, June and September can also be very hot.
The Costa Blanca has some of the best beaches in Spain and they are usually very well cared for and safe, there are a large number of ‘blue flag’ beaches and these are normally cleaned every day and will often have life-guards on duty during the busy summer months. Some of the more popular beaches can get very busy during July and August but if you take some time to explore a little, you may find quiet and isolated beaches even during the high season.
