This is a luxury villa with private gardens and a large private pool. It is furnished to the highest standard inside and out. There are 2 lounges one has a Bar and both have UK television, fully fitted kitchen, Five over sized bedrooms one with en-suite.

The garden is very large, furnished tables and chairs, sun loungers and a Pool Slide. There is a large sun terrace and a driveway if you have a car. 

Villamartin is situated in the Costa Blanca south, 20 minutes drive south to Murcia airport and 40 minutes drive north to Alicante airport. Most relate Villamartin as a golf only area but over the years it has become a bustling all year round holiday destination and residential area. Golf however is still very popular, with its own championship course and neighbouring courses, it is still a golfers paradise!

Villamartin Plaza has over 40 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful square. For those not wishing to eat, there are also plenty of Pubs, bars and night clubs. 

he Costa Blanca and Costa Calida are situated on Spains south east coast, belonging to Alicante province. We have two airports. Alicante is the largest and handles flights from all over Europe and the UK. You can visit us in just over 2 hours. The city and airport of Alicante are situated about 45 minutes drive north of our two offices, one at Los Dolses Commercial Centre and the other at Villamrtin Plaza.

The city of Alicante is well worth a visit, most people just thing of Alicante as an airport but it is actually a spectacular bustling city with a magnificent harbour as well as its large choice of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. Here you will find a large range of shops and boutiques and many places and places of interest.

San Javier-airport or Murcia airport as it is more commonly known as is to the south of our region and covers the Torrevieja region, the Costa Calida and La Manga. The airport is just to the north of the Mar Menor (means Lesser sea) with its huge choice of Leisure activities including water sports sailing and of course golf .The airport carries the name Murcia but the city of Murcia is actually 40k inland. The airport is also serviced by most low cost airlines and from many local airports throughout the UK and Europe.

The city of Murcia is again worth a visit for a sample of cuisine and value for money, which is harder to find on the coast. The Cathedral is out of this world!

Driving time by car to San Javier from Torrevieja is about 25 minutes.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds located in the In the twin Bedrooms, they are very large. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, a zoo, a themepark.

There is a Theme Park, called Terra Mitica an hours drives away.

There are two large shopping Centres within a 10 minute drive.
