A brand new end terrace house in a lovely residential setting overlooking Benidorm and the Sierra Cortina golf course.
Los Olivos has three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, and three full bathrooms one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. There is air-conditioning, satellite TV with 20 English channels including BBC and ITV, a washing machine and dishwasher.
The villa is in a gated complex with two community pools and overlooks the 18 hole Sierra Cortina par three golf course. It is 2km from the commercial centre and 4km to the La Cala beach. There are two other larger golf courses nearby together with several theme parks and just up the road is the Sierra Cortina Spa centre that has an indoor swimming pool, exercise and treatment rooms and tennis courts.
The property, that is fully air-conditioned, will sleep up to 6 people.
The master en-suite bedroom has a double bed and small baclony overlooking the golf course and afull en-suite bathroom. There ar etwo twin bedded rooms and two more full bathrooms.
The comfortable lounge has a selection of English television and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
Patio doors take you to the covered naya and a private garden laid to grass.A gate leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming pools.
