Casa Libra is a lovely detached air-conditioned villa, furnished to a high standard, with three bedrooms, a lounge diner, bathroom, shower room, kitchen and a large terrace and a small private garden. There is a splendid communal swimming pool area and attractive gardens.

The villa is located in the Golden Valley area of Benitachell just 1500m to shops and restaurants and 2500m (30 minute walk) to the beautiful beach at El Portet. The typically Spanish village of Benitachell is 2000m and the town of Moraira with its sandy bay, marina, shops and restaurants is 3km.

Casa Libra has three bedrooms, two with king size double beds and one with two single beds and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The comfortable lounge has a feature fireplace with mains gas fire, two settees, satellite television with BBC and ITV channels and a DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with frig/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine, microwave and washing machine and the dining area has seating for 6 people. The owner requests no smoking in the house please.

Outside you will find a large open terrace with views to the sea, 6 recliners and a table. There is also a covered naya with table and chairs and parking space for 2 cars on the drive. Guests at Casa Libra have use of the communal gardens and swimming pool.

In addition to the shops, restaurants, bars and the weekly Friday market Moraira has facilities for many water sports, a gymnasium, childrens playground and a diving school. There is also a 9 hole golf course and a little further afield you will find many sandy bays, rocky coves and beautiful countryside with mountains, valleys and citrus and almond groves. There are caves and a safari park within a short drive and the water park, sea world and Terra Mitica theme parks are just 30 minutes drive.

Casa Libra is for couples and families only. No unrelated single groups please. 

Moraira is a small and pretty resort half way between Alicante and Valencia. The quaint old Spanish fishing village is only five minutes drive from the Pueblo. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables. The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area boasts the best all year round climate in Europe according to the World Health Organisation. So with 320 days of sunshine a year you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday and relax in the sun all day and enjoy open log fires in the evenings.
 

Casa Libra is a good place from which to enjoy this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. There are many places to visit along the coast including Javea which has a good beach, fishing harbour, restaurants and golf course, Denia with some excellent shops on a beautiful tree lined main street, Calpe with its superb fish restaurants near the harbour and good beaches and of course Benidorm that boasts Aqualandia, Mundo Mar (Sea World) and now of course the new Terra Mitica theme park.
Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley and Bernia Mountain range plus caves, a safari park and waterfalls.  

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
