The ground floor has a rear fully equipped kitchen. There is a large comfortable sitting room for 6. With English/spanish wide screen satellite TV. 42 sky channels + films and sports. DVD player, some films and a Radio. All hot/cold air con.
The rear ground floor has a modern kitchen and utility room with washing machine and gas barbecue. There is a small sun terrace at the rear with a shower and access to a landscaped communal pool with garden. The front terrace is south facing (sun all day).
The is ample good quality garden and terrace furniture with sun loungers. All terraces are tiled. In this villa,in this town you do not need a car to have a great holiday.

 

This is beautiful town with all you need to enjoy your holiday.It has lovely squares,good restuarants,great beaches,
friendly bars.Parks with childrens play areas and wonderful scenery.The salt lakes with real Pink Flamingos are nearby as is Torrevieja,Cabo Roig and La Manga .There is easy access to 4 top class golf courses.
Historic Murcia is very close.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

joe says: "This was the first villa i have ever booked on line and i was VERY happy to find that the review that i read was totally honest.it is a really good family home, the weather in Feb was superb and the local community friendly. we had a car and found a different part of spain every day from the hustle of big towns to the mountain villages all within an easy hours drive, on good clear roads. however there were shops bars and good restaurants all within walking distance of the house. We will be booking up to go again "
