La Casita is cosy apartment situated in a quiet area yet the hustle and bustle of Albir is only 5 minutes walk away. Albir has many fantastic restaurants catering for all tastes Only 3kms away is the pretty spanish town of Altea with the church and square which has nightly markets in high summer. You can then stroll down the windey cobbled streets to Altea seafront and have a drink in one of the many bars and watch the crowds go by.

For those who like a lively night with an abudance of entertainment Benidorm is only 5kms away. You can catch a bus which is just 2 mins walk from the studio that takes you right into the centre during the summer months buses run into the early hours.

Other places and attractions nearby and worth a visit are Terra Mittica, Aqualand, Mundamar, Guadaleste, Calpe and The Fonts of Algar.


 

 

 

The apartment is attached to a villa that is lived in by the owners and has a Wifi Internet connection. The grounds have a variety of fruit trees that include oranges, tangerines, lemons and figs. The villa is very close to Albir centre with no hills to climb. Albir Gardens is only 50 metres away. The bus stop to Benidorm or Altea is only 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. Their is a patios to the front of the apartment with table and chairs. Their are two sunbeds on the large 100 square metre roof terrace .
