The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of these superbly appointed apartments.
It has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard making sure that everybody who stays here has the best and most relaxing holiday possible.
There are 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people, one double with doors leading out to the terrace, and one twin room.
The lounge is bright and airy and comfortably furnished with all the modern day essentials, tv, dvd, cd, satelite, it also contains a bed settee for one person.
A cot and high chair can be provided upon request so the apartment will accomodate 5 adults plus baby.
The kitchen again has everything you need if you prefer to eat in and plenty of crockery etc for everybody.
Outside there is a large balcony running the full length of the apartment with views over the countryside and the pool so you can sit on the terrace catching the sun with your cool drink while watching the children play safely.
There is one fully fitted bathroom which contains a full bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and loo.
The owners of this apartment not only provide house linen but also your beach towels so less to carry in your suitcase and more room for your purchases on your way home. There are also hair dryers in both bedrooms.

Apartment is set in a quiet sought after development only 5 minutes walk from the beach.
A good local bus service is available for those who do not wish to rent a car or fancy some time off from driving, it will take you anywhere along the playa, up into the village or to the neighbouring fishing town of Garrucha, where you can watch the days catch being auctioned off to local restaurants, ready for your evening meal.
There is a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment both English & Spanish
There are 4 very good Golf courses nearby, Marina de la Torre being the nearest only 5 minutes by car, there are also several bowling clubs that welcome visitors for a small green fee 1 directly across from the apartment along with tennis courts

Mojacar Pueblo is visible from many miles away, with distinctive whitewashed cube shaped houses stacked one upon another separated by twisting cobbled streets, winding steps and old arches, providing a surprise around every corner, with its various restaurants, bars and gifts and craft shops. The village has still retained much of its original character and has a colourful history stretching back before the Moors were evicted from Spain in the 15 th century. To this day the local people re-enact the Moors and Christians battles, in full costume, every June when there are fiestas and festivals held commemorating Mojacars ancient past.
Mojacar Playa, a stretch of wide sandy beaches awarded the EEC blue flag for cleanliness, offers the typical features of a holiday resort, for both Spanish and foreign visitors. Michael says: "The apartment is in a quiet area at the North end of Mojacar Playa and is in a well kept and peaceful complex.
Prior to arrival communication with the owners was good and on arrival we were met by the friendly Sally.
The apartment itself was clean and had everything we required. The terrace is lovely and spacious with nice views of the hills and Mojacar Pueblo but does get extremely hot later in the day.
As stated it is in a quiet part of Mojacar and the bulk of restaraunts and bars are located a car, bus ride or moderate walk away. There are a number of establishments close by however including the wonderful La Finca bar 200 metres away.
There are a variety of beaches along the strip the closest one is good but there are better further down the strip.
The swimming pool on the complex is superb and rarely busy and the grounds are meticulously kept.
We enjoyed our stay at 7c and would certainly recommend to those looking for a quiet break in a busy resort."
