Casa Ella is our newly aquired two bedroomed townhouse in the loveliest region iof Spain, the unspoilt Costa Almeria. The house is situated on a quiet, private Spanish residential area so many of the neighbours are Spanish and live there full time. It is ideally situated for everything a family or couples could want on a summer holiday, the Blue Flag 4 mile long beach is just a few minutes stroll from the house, supermarkets and shops are less than 2 minutes walk, bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. The Aquapark is just 10 minutes away and the local buses are cheap and very regular into Garrucha, Mojacar Playa and Pueblo. There is plenty to do in the area and with two pools and a childrens pool and play area on the residencia, everything is to hand. If you wish to find somewhere livlier, Mojacar Playa is just 5 minutes drive and the fabulous Garrucha, a traditional Spanish working harbour town famous for its fabulous seafood restaurants, is just a few minutes walk along the promenade 

We want you to be comfortable in Casa Ella and with that in mind, we have tried to have everything there you would need for your holiday. A cot and stairgates, games, books, inflatables, picnicware, coolbags, plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery etc is available for your use. There is a BBQ on the roof terrace, perfect for supper watching the sunset over the Sierra Cabrera Mountains with a long cool drink in the evening. Sunloungers are kept up on the roof terrace for sunworshippers with outdoor table, chairs and a large parasol for some shade if wanted. 

If you have any special requests or particular needs do please ask. If at all possible, we will try our best to arrange these for you. The house is child friendly, with stair gates at each set of stairs, the residencia is gated so they cant wander off too far. there a pretty well maintained gardens and play areas

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

Pets are welcome
They must be quiet, well behaved and house trained. All deposits must be cleared immediately and disposed of appropriately. Please keep on lead around the residencia 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, wind surfing, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, horse riding.
