Casa Muñeca is a delightful detached Villa situated in the coastal village of San Juan de los Terreros. The Villa is situated in a quiet area, and approximately 10 minutes walk away you will find beautiful beaches and the local village amenities.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms (only 2 for letting). The master bedroom has kingsize bed, large fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, safe and en-suite bathroom with hydrotherapy shower and double basin unit, The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and separate bathroom with full size bath and double basin unit. Both are double glazed and have security shutters and mosquito netting.
The Lounge/dining area is light and spacious with patio doors leading to the sun terrace and gardens. TV and video are provided, with a selection of Videos and music CD’s for your enjoyment. Satellite TV is installed, with BBC and ITV programmes. There are also some jigsaws and games available for your use and a good selection of paperbacks.
The villa has a well equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar and adjoining utility room with washing machine
There is a large roof terrace with lovely views of the sea and mountains
Mature garden and private drive for parking with electric security door
Private kidney shaped swimming pool (32 square metres - with depth at one end of 1.6 metres) with steps down and a poolside shower

San Juan de los Terreros is a small village with many secluded beaches and coves. It has plenty to offer for a lazy relaxing holiday, with a choice of excellent restaurants and bars, a supermarket, shops and chemist. From the Plaza, the new promenade with palm trees and beautiful sitting areas runs the entire length of the beach and there are numerous small beach bars where you can enjoy a morning coffee or extended lunch. During the months of July and August, the village can be a lot busier
The nearest town is Aguilas, a real Spanish town just 10 kms away. See the beautiful bay and marina, or while away an afternoon in the pretty town centre square with its pavement bars, cafes and shops.
Approximately 30 minutes drive South of San Juan de los Terreros, set in the hillside, is the ancient village of Mojacar, with it’s whitewashed buildings and narrow streets. A village full of charm and old traditions.
There are several golf courses in the region, all within a 30 minute drive and the stunning new Aguilon 18 hole course is just a 5 minute drive (Opened early 2008). There is also excellent fishing from the local beaches and you can buy live bait and equipment from the local supermarket.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, fishing, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, scuba diving.
