Newly built in 2004, the apartment has two bedrooms, one en suit. The lounge and master bedroom have patio doors leading onto a very large terrace with panormaic views across the med sea. The patio has outdoor lighting and electricity points which is beautiful in the evening if you wish to enjoy a quiet meal in.
You can see the sun rise in the morning over the sea and the patio enjoys sun until late afternoon - the patio has a purpose built shade too.

There are two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, and an open plan lounge area.

The apartment has all the basic crockery, utensils, bed linen and towels required.

There is a pullout double bed in the lounge for addittional guests.

The apartment has a large TV in the lounge and a TV/Video combi (with a selection of children and adult videos) in the bedroom.

We also have satellite TV with all BBC, ITV and other free to view channels.

There are a selection of reading books for guests.


 

There is room for 4/6 in the living room and 4/6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine and an iron. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There is a table and chairs on the terrace along with two comfortable sunbeds.



 

A pullout double bed in the lounge area allows for addittional guest space. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is up hill and a hirecar is advised.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
