...is a charming and peaceful traditional white Spanish village in a rural setting just to the north of Ayamonte. The village has all local amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants, banks, play areas etc… all within walking distance. The pretty fishing port of Ayamonte is located in the western-most part of Andalusia, on the mouth of the Guadiana river that serves as a border with Portugal; it is only 10 minutes drive away, offering a further variety of shops, bars and restaurants around its attractive tree-lined plazas. A further 5-10 minute drive brings you to the beach resort of Isla Canela where miles of beautiful unspoilt white sandy beaches can be found. Further afield but still within easy reach are the Doñana National Park – a protected area home to a huge variety of environmental treasures such as pine forests, living sand dunes, fossils, beaches, marshlands and reserves, and many fauna and plant life species – and the beautiful city of Seville, well worth a visit. 

The climate is very agreeable; temperatures are mild – average annual temperature is 18º, January being the coldest month with 12º and August the warmest with 25º. There are over 3000 hours of sunshine and almost no rainfall during the greater part of the year, making this an excellent all-year-round holiday location.
Golfers will be spoilt for choice – numerous good quality 18-hole golf courses can be found within 30 minutes drive, on either side of the border on the Spanish or Portuguese Algarve.
Getting There… Low cost flights available from all major airports in the UK; easy drive from local airports with good motorway connections:
Fly to Faro – 45 mins drive / Fly to Seville – 90 mins drive. Hire car recommended and bookable in advance from all major companies at the airport.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is not specially adapted, however there is one bedroom and a shower room downstairs and may be suitable for someone who is not severely disabled or who has assistance. Please contact the owner with any queries to check suitability.

If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
