The accommodation is close to the main road that is a direct route from both Seville (40 minutes) and Faro (1.5 hrs). This ground floor apartment is also close to the town of Bollullos, giving you shops, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pleasant walks. The Apartment has been completely refurbished (2006) and is in very good condition, and would sleep 4/6. There are two bedrooms, one double which has on-suite facilities; the other has twin beds, with shower room next door to it. Towels are supplied, but not pool or beach towels. Kitchen diner the kitchen area is fully fitted, and includes a full size electric cooker, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, and all the utensils to provide the largest of meals. In the lounge/dining area you will find a sofa bed and arm chair, dining table with seating for 4 people. Sky TV is connected.
Outside is a patio area with table chairs and sun loungers.

Although the pool is shared with the owners, they do not use the pool at the same time as there visitors.

The pool is very large measuring 10mts by 5mts with poolside shower and relaxation area. At the rear of the property is a large fenced in grassed play area is available for football or similar games. If you want to spend your holidays in a "Spanish part of Spain" then this is the place to come. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol and the locals are all very welcoming. Possibly you are one of the many people thinking of moving to this wonderful, rural part of Spain, our property would make a very good base, to explore the area, and as we live here, we may be able to answer some of your many questions.

You are of course welcome to use all the facilities, and we do our up most to ensure your safety, we cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents or injury whilst you or any member of your party is on site. And it is a fantastic base for bird watching in the garden, or the Donana National Park (25 mins away) Horse riding – 20 minute drive Matalascanas beaches – 25 minute drive Seville City 30 minute drive– sightseeing and shopping Huelva City –30 minute drive the Columbus centre – and shopping. .
 

 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a beach, horse riding, golf.
