Costa Esuri...
Costa Esuri Golf and urbanization is only a five minute drive away from the lively and vibrant fishing town of Ayamonte, a charming mix of palm fringed squares, pedestrian walkways and little cobbled alleys, where you will find many cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and boutiques.
The largest commercial centre on Costa Esuri is due to open sometime later year, and is only two minutes walk from the apartment.

Costa Esuri is an area that is growing and changing day by day, Golf Course (West) and the golf club house is also only a two minute walk from the apartment, where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic views across the golf course to the river and Portugal, while also enjoying a cool drink or a meal.

 

Casa de la Ardilla is a duplex apartment set in the exclusive area of Costa Esuri near to the town of Ayamonte. This newly built apartment has three bedrooms and is built on two level, and is set in a beautiful complex, there is a large shared swimming pool on site and a separate childrens pool, shower and toilet facilities.

The main terrace, overlooking the pool and gardens, is accessed either from the lounge or second bedroom. It is equipped with sun loungers and a large dining table and chairs with seating for six. This area is well lit at night and is ideal for alfresco dining, or simply to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. A further terrace with seating can be accessed from the main bedroom.

The spacious lounge has comfortable seating, coffee tables, overhead lighting, floor and table lamps.

In the fully fitted kitchen, extra work space provided by a designer granite topped ‘butchers block with integrated wine bottle storage. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for use during your stay. Laundry facilities and a freezer are provided separately in the utility room.

The master en suite bedroom is furnished with a kingsize four poster bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. The second bedroom, overlooking the pool area and gardens, is tastefully decorated and furnished with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables. The wardrobe space for this room is located out in the hallway. Finally, the twin bedroom comprises of two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside table.

All bed linen, towels and bath robes are provided. Beach towels are not supplied and we request that bath towels are not used outside.

Iron, ironing board and clothes airer provided.
 

Beaches
Situated on the Atlantic coast, Costa De La Luz boasts some of the most stunning wide and sweeping sandy beaches available, peppered with little cafés and restaurants, where you can watch the world go by as you enjoy a plate of freshly caught sardines and a chilled
glass of wine.

Golf
The apartment is situated on the newly built Costa Esuri championship golf course which opened in January 2007 - have a drink and a meal and enjoy the fantastic views across the golf course to the river and Portugal. There are an abundance of other courses in the area such as Isla Canel, Islantilla, and Casto Marim.

Shopping and Services
There are many large well stocked supermarkets in Ayamonte such as SuperSol, a large Spanish chain.

For clothes shopping, Huelva offers a large department store, El Corte Ingles and the Spanish fashion stores, Zara and Cortefiel.

Other services such as banks, post office and fuel are all within easy reach in Ayamonte.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, historic sites.
