Mercedes Lodge Rental and Horse riding holidays, (Horse riding part is paid extra and is full board or self catering) and is a great base for bird watching in the garden,as well as just relaxing in this rural part of Spain, and the Donana National Park (25 mins away). The Lodge is in very good condition,and stands (With the owners property) within 3000 sq mts of land, And sleeps two in the double bedroom, and will sleep two more on the sofa bed in the lounge. Available 3 course home-cooked evening meal if required at reasonable cost.
 

The Lodge has one double bedroom with air-con, shower room, the lounge has UK TV & DVD and radio/CD player. The kitchen area has, full cooker, microwave, pots, pans, kettle, toaster etc. Hand & bath towels supplied, please bring beach towels, Large patio with furniture. You also have sole use of a 6mt x 4mt swimming pool. Sun chairs beds, and barbecue. If you want to spend your holidays in a Spanish part of Spain then this is the place to come.

It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol and the locals are all very welcoming. We prefer you not to smoke in the Lodge. You have a private parking space, and English speaking owners on site, just 3/4 hour from Seville airport, Horse riding is just a 5 minute drive, and the Donnana National park a 25 minute drive, the beach is about 30 minutes drive, and Portugal 1 hour.

Although we are in a rural position it is just a 5 minute drive to town where you will find plenty of shops, Supermarkets, restaurants, and Bars.

 

Seville is about a 30 minute drive from the Lodge and there you will find:
Seville's Cathedral, the third largest in the world, Giralda, the minaret of the old Moorish mosque, today the tower of the cathedral, is this city's landmark. And of course a visit to the Tapas bars is perhaps a must. Sightseeing buses and river cruises, combined with the shopping, flamenco shows and theme park, make it an interesting day (or even two) out.
 

The lodge comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lounge, 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The lodge has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the lodge cool.

The lodge has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

All the accommodation is on one level, and easy access for wheelchairs. 

The lodge is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The lodge is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the lodge you will find historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the lodge you will find a beach, boat hire, a themepark.

We were looking for just that, time away from it all and the Mercedes Lodge provided us with just what we needed! Upon arrival to the rural house we were greeted the wonderful owners who had arranged the house perfectly for us (fresh bread and all!!) and welcomed us and our dog with smile! The house was furnished with everything and more that we needed to make the house ours for the duration of our stay. From the pool to the privacy of the terrace we fell quickly into a much needed relaxed pace and enjoyed every minute of it. Within only a car drive we were able to access a supermarket, towns, and the beaches. A big thank you to Bill and Judy for their hospitality!"
