This is a 4th floor apartment in the popular beach complex of Los Gavilanes. This centrally locate apartment is popular with families and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large terrace. The master bedroom is en suite and has doors leading onto the terrace. The second bedroom has a separate shower/ WC. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard (redecorated Jan07-built 05)and has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV DVD, CD player and a range of appliances. There are also games for the children, Cd's, DVDs and Sky TV. From the terrace there are stunning views towards the beach and across the river towards Portugal. Within the complex you will find a communal pool (open 1st April to 31st October) and gardens. The apartment has allocated parking in a secure compound.
