The Apartment
Beautiful modern 1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Offering 2 terraces the largest overlooks the fairway of Playa da Golfe at the rear. The front terrace overlooks the large communal and children's pool set in landscaped gardens. The apartment is a 3 minute drive to the magnificant Isal Canela beach with its beach bars and restaurants and is only a 3 minute drive from the marina with its variety of cusines. Situated just 5 minutes drive from the picturesque town of Ayamonte which offers a fantastic atmosphere and good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Outside
The apartment is situated in a private gated community. It has its own gardens which are beautifuly maintained. The large pool has a lifeguard present during the summer months. There is also a children's pool and a small play area situated in the grounds. The apartment has an allocted parking space.

Isal Canela beach is located within minutes by car. It has a long white sandy beach complete with its own beach bar. Perfect for those relaxing summer days. There are many restaurants and bars along the beach area and also in the marina which again is only minutes by car from the apartment.
Golf
The apartment is situated on the Isla Canela golf course which is used for International matches. There are 2 more golf courses nearby. Reduced green fees may also apply. There is a well appointed club house with a restaurant and a bar. The club has 2 bowling greens and tennis courts.

A car is recommended and Faro Airport is the nearest and is approximately a 45 minute journey by car. Seville airport is approximatley 1.25 hours away.
Distances
Ayamonte is the nearest town and only a 5 minute drive away. Portugal is about 15 minutes away by car although there is a ferry that leaves from Ayamonte which will also take you to Portugal.
