Situated on the ground floor, with it's own private access to the pool and garden area from the sun drenched patio, this well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ideally situated for a perfect holiday. Just 3 minutes walk from the Golf Clubhouse, with it's practice areas - driving, chipping & putting, it is perfectly situated for a golfing holiday, with over 12 more quality courses within easy reach.

Furnished to a high standard the apartment boasts air conditioning (plus warm air for the cooler winter months), English TV and DVD together with CD stereo player with aux input for iPod and MP3 players.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, large fridge / freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and iron & ironing board are also provided.  

The restaurant and bar of the Costa Esuri Golf Club is open to non-members and non-golfers and is a short stroll from the apartment. What could be better than a relaxing drink on the terrace as the sun goes down?

The beautiful Spanish town of Ayamonte is a few minutes drive away where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars along with quaint shops and of course several supermarkets to stock up on the provisions for your stay.

The Donana National Park is about 30 minutes drive away and this area is world renowned for its abundant and often rare birdlife.

There are several waterparks in the area, one in Portugal around 1 hour away although the nearby Spanish park is a about 30 minutes and situated right next to a Go Kart track.

The city of Seville is 1 hour easy drive away and is well worth the journey. An open top bus tours the city and a trip in a horse drawn carriage is surprisingly low cost and a great way to see most of the sites.

Boat trips to watch dolphins are available nearby and a short ferry trip across the river to Portugal can be taken from Ayamonte.

There are so many beaches along this section of coastline but of particular note is the wide sandy beach at Isla Canela (approximately 15 mins. drive) where the shallow waters stretch way out making it a great, safe spot for children.

Many of the beaches enjoy offshore winds making for great wind-surfing conditions. 

Property located on Costa Esuri complex. Two 18 hole golf courses on site. The first, is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Non members and non playing guests are welcome to use the golf club restaurant and bars. One full set of golf clubs are available for the use of guests.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
