There are 2 main buildings. Building 1 is the main villa which has 3 bedrooms (1 converted into a study/computer room). The main double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 single beds and is next to the 2nd bathroom which has a shower. The living/dining room is equipped with Sky TV, video and DVD players etc.

The 2nd building is the cottage which has a double bedroom, a kitchen/dining room/living room and a bathroom situated between these 2 rooms.

For an additional 100 Euros pw the owner is willing to live in the cottage whilst the hirer uses the main villa but the maximum occupancy is still 4. The owner lives on site and has 3 dogs who are all mild mannered. 

 

 

The cottage comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room.. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has . The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The owner lives on site in the main villa. The cottage is behind the main villa and beside the swimming pool. The owner has 3 dogs who are all very mild-mannered but any hirer has to like dogs and any pets will have to get on with the 3 resident dogs. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The cottage is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside swimming, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the cottage you will find cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, climbing, flying, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo.

Hot air balloon rides over the lake and sometimes over Arcos itself (depending on wind direction).

Grazalema, Seville, Cádiz, Jerez, Medina Sidonia, Vejer all are very interesting places to visit.
