Our holiday home is situated in the South West corner of
Spain or "Costa de la Luz" (also known as the "Spanish
Algarve"). It is a beautiful, unspoilt area with a fabulous coastline and mile upon mile of almost deserted
golden-white sandy beaches backed by sand dunes and pine trees. There are 320 days of sunshine here every year, so it is suitable for holidays at any time. There are
plenty of traditional Spanish towns and villages in the
area, but no high-rise blocks - they are strictly
banned! The splendid city of Seville is only 1 hour plus
away by fast motorway. Just along the coast is the
Donana National Park, full of wildlife and offering
safari trips. There are plenty of sports activities,
including several golf courses - in fact our holiday
home is right in the middle of one of the best!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, a museum, shopping areas.
