This is an exclusive development in a beautiful part of the "real Spain". The house would suit golfers as well as families. Ample parking as well as a private underground garage. The nearest beach is a 10-min stroll or short drive away. The beaches here are stunning - sandy and wide with no over-crowding. Lots of tapas bars, local restaurants and bars within the area which have realistically priced menus. There is a wide range of supermarkets and other shops as well as a huge Hypermarket a few
kilometers away. We have aimed to give the house a modern contemporary feel as well as providing extra items we feel will make you feel more at home. There is wall heating/airconditioning in the all areas..
 

With over 300 days of sunshine a year this a the perfect holiday destination year-round. In the summer months the beaches are lively but never over-crowded. With the historic city of Seville an hour away and the Spanish/Portuguese border close by there are lots of wonderful places to
explore. The beaches here rival the Algarve and several are set with a back-dro p of pine trees and sandy dunes. This is an idyllic area for a family holiday. Golfers can find up to 10 excellent courses within a 20-mile radius, with more planned in the future.
 

Huelva - the nearest large town - has historcial interest as well as a comprehensive array of shops and hypermarkets. There is a waterpark a 10-min drive from the house and also a Go-Karting track. A visit to the
fishing village of El-Rompido is a must with its white-washed houses and fabulous fish restaurants right on the water-front. El Portil has some excellent beach bars as well as a wonderful choice of local cuisine and bars. Another good trip is a little ferry from El Portil across to a beach situated across the water on a small spit of land. the whole area is also very popular with Spanish holiday-makers.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

elaine says: "We stayed from Sept 26 to 4 Oct 2009 and having booked this property based on the promise of having access to the communial pool, we were extremely suprised to find that the pool is actually closed and not accessable at all after 15 September each year ! We sent several text messages to the local agent querying this - but did not receive a single response from her. The accommodation itself was clean and adequately equipped - but we felt we had been mislead about being able to use the communial pool and surrounding gardens which were also locked up. "

Owner reply:
i would like to stress that not once did the managing agent recieve an text message regarding the pool, only on the day before departure was any communication from the rentals after the agent contacted them.
the pool in previous years has always been open till the end of september, so will look into the situation.
sorry if it spoilt your holdiay - it certainly wasnt intentional.
