Only just over a 2-hour flight from Stanstead UK, other carriers fly to Gibraltar (about 1 hour drive), Seville (1 hour drive) Faro (2 ½ hour drive), Malaga (2 ½ drive), Villa Malvarosa is situated in authentic Southern Spain, the heart of Andalusia with its Sherry and "bodegas", its flamenco, bulls and horses, its "white villages" and natural parks.

It is to be found in a very quiet rural area which is approximately 30 minute drive from the nearest airport, Jerez. Just off a main road & about 500 yards down a dirt track (It can get a bit muddy in the winter) you will find it far enough away, not to hear any major traffic.

The Villa is a modernised property in a superb location in the center of a small hamlet which is surrounded by protected Pine Trees.

Beaches near Villa Malvarosa
There are some fantastic beaches approximately 2km away which will lead you to the Costa de la Luz (Coast of light). This is in the western part of the Andalucía coastline that faces out to the Atlantic. The sand is finer and a more golden colour than the neighboring Costa del Sol & the Mediterranean. The typical beaches here are more expansive and usually backed by sand dunes and pine trees. Perfect for family holidays. This part of the coast has not seen the high-rise hotel development of other areas like the Costa de Sol.

Even though situated in a position, that is off the beaten track, the Villa is within a few minutes drive from local bars and restaurants, with the main town of Chiclana De La Frontera only ten minutes by car, the oldest City in the world, Cadiz just fifteen minutes.

Approximately an hours drive from the Villa, you will find the stunning City of Seville. Gibraltar & all that duty free shopping is also about an hour drive. About 30 min away in Tarifia you will find ferries that will take you to from Southern Spain to Tangier in North Africa.

Also very close is the golf paradise of Sancti Petri which is ideal, as the mild climate converts this region into an ideal destination for any type of sport, including fishing, diving, boating, sailing, golfing all the year through. 

Villa Malvarosa is situated on two level's with a 170 sq mtr floor space. You walk through the main covered terrace entrance into the hall, on the left you will find two bedrooms, which comprises of one master double bedroom with en-suite facilities including a shower. One twin bedroom fully furnished. Both bedrooms consist of large brass ceiling lights with three speed fans. On the right as you walk into the property you will find the main bathroom with shower.
In the main open plan area there is a 'U' staircase leading to a very large bedroom with 4 single beds with en-suite toilet. This bedroom has a large freestanding fan.
The kitchen area comprises fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc, including a small breakfast bar for up to three people with all round granite worktop. The backdoor leads out to the rear of the property which captures the early morning sunshine, which is ideal to sit out and enjoy your breakfast. A clothes airer is provided. The lounge / dining area comprises a dining table which will extend to sit up to 8 people. You will also find an additional fridge here for drinks etc. The main living area has two large suites, 6ft and 5ft facing out into the garden & pool with satellite TV & DVD in the corner. You will find the two large brass ceiling lights which have three speed fans to keep you cool.
The garden at the front of the property enjoys the sun all day, and within the 1000 sq metre walled plot, you will find a large private pool with garden furniture. Alongside the Villa you will find a large BarBQ & additional outside dining area. If you want to get out of the sun, a covered terrace adjoins the front of the villa. You will find lighting surrounding the Villa, so you can continue to enjoy the late evening outside, even after sunlight.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find cycling, a zoo, a themepark.

Ed says: "The standards of cleanliness and comfort vary tremendously with the Villas we have stayed in, however this one was spotless. Everything from the backs of cupboards to the cutlery was top rate, bathrooms were impeccable. The welcome pack was not expected, however very welcome, a drink as soon as we got there!! The gardens were lovely, and I have to admit we pinched some of the delicious fruit from the trees!! Sorry!! (Not sure what they were though, little orange things!) We went for several walks straight behind the Villa & found a lovely Pine Wood natural park only 5 mins away to relax in. Chiclana town had everything we needed, and we found a shop on Sunday that did fresh bread 5 mins away (when everything else was shut!) You can probably tell we really enjoyed the ‘Malvarosa Experience’ even the road to the Villa was an experience in its self, but was worth it to get just a couple of meters away from the main road so all you heard was the birds sing in the garden! We will definitely be going back. Thank you"
