The property is situated no more than 5 minutes from the nearest beach and 15 minutes to enter Puerto Banus. The penthouse is located in a quiet area and remains child-friendly due to a lack of busy roads. A 10 minute walk down the beach will take you to an international supermarket called "Supersol" where both English and Spanish products are available at reasonable prices. A further 5 minute walk from this supermarket will take you to a tennis/padel club which also has a gym open to public use. For the golfers, a 5 minute car journey can be made into the Aloha area where golf courses such as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha can be played. Aloha College is also located near these golf courses and has a Summer School available open to the public, ideal for children from ages 5-14. 

The penthouse is of brilliant quality with sound proof walls, double glazing windows and all marble flooring. The master bedroom resides on the top floor of the apartment allowing for 360 degree views of the sea and mountains, this bedroom is en-suite with a shower/bath combo and twin sinks. The master bedroom also has various walk-in wardrobes allowing for a great deal of space. This top floor has a huge terrace of 198m with plenty of furniture to relax/entertain, as there is also a large barbeque and Jacuzzi which has a capacity to hold 6-8 people.
The second floor consists of a second bedroom en-suite with more walk-in wardrobes and another king-size bed, with views onto the exotic gardens below. A third bedroom is also located on this floor which has two single beds with wardrobes and cabinets. This bedroom is not en-suite although the bathroom is only next door and a couple of steps away.
The kitchen has all possible facilities including that of a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. The kitchen layout is ideal and is made of good quality with granite tops and stainless steel utilities. The rest of the lower floor has a lounge/dining room combination with an LCD Television and comfortable "House of Frasier" furniture to relax of a night. There is also a terrace on this floor which is ideal for breakfast and lunch as it has the sun for the majority of the day.
 

The community is looked after by various staff in an excellent manner. The gardens consist of tropical plants such as Palm Trees and many wild flowers to give an almost Caribbean feel to the place. There is a large pond with fish that runs through the centre of the garden and also a swimming pool to the sunny side of the urbanisation. This pool area also has a large hut which can be used as bar for personal use and entertaining any guests. Spaces to park cars are always available and accessible with ease.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
