This is an apartment that has never been used, it is three years old and as such there is no building work going on and the gardens are established. This was the first phase in this area and was designed for residential use, therefore the loud and lary idiots are not in this area.
The surrounding apartments are used as residential, weekend holiday homes and retired people going out for long term winter stays.
The apartment is fully equipped, the master bedroom and the lounge/diner have french doors onto the patio and garden, it has partial shade and full on sun.
All the floors are marble and there are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and a safe.
