This spacious penthouse has a unique location right on the beach within a small gated community, Linda Vista Beach Club near San Pedro de Alcantara. It is located at the end of the promenade which runs to the exotic town of Puerto Banus, full of superb shops, restaurants and entertainment. The location is perfect for families looking for a beach holiday, for golfers looking to take advantage of the many excellent courses located in the area or for those seeking activity and nightlife in the nearby towns. This penthouse is ideal for groups and families, it can accommodate up to 10 people. 

The Penthouse has 2 levels with marble floors and is fully air conditioned with a total area of 160m². It is situated in a well landscape gated complex right on the beach. In the centre, you have an attractive pool area with sun-beds.

The first floor is composed of:
- A large open-plan living & dining area with a fireplace which opens on to a modern fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
- Dining area has an extendable table with seating for up to 10 people
- Living room with TV/DVD/Satellite.
- A guest toilet with wash-basin.
- A double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in wardrobe.
- A lovely small terrace looking onto the garden and swimming pool, it is an excellent place to eat and to relax with a sea view.

On the second floor you will find :
- A second large living/playing area with TV/DVD/Satellite, equipped with a double sofa bed, easy chair and single sofa bed, offering flexible accommodation.
- Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite (bath and shower), one with extra single sofabed.
- One family bathroom.
Bath towels and bedding are provided as well as Welcome Pack on arrival.
We arrange a mid-holiday laundry change and cleaning for holidays of a minimum of 14 days at 12€ per hour.

San Pedro has a fantastic beach and promenade lined with palm trees. The beach at the gate of the complex is perfect, both for those who enjoy jet skiing or kite surfing as well as for those who want to relax eating and drinking looking out to the sea. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as a beach club with large pool and a restaurant with one of the largest salt water pools in the Costa del Sol.

The buzzing town of San Pedro has numerous shops, bars and restaurants and the party town of Puerto Bañus is just 3 km away. Marbella, which is a gorgeous place to shop and simply wander around, is just 10 km away.

There are many other wonderful and historical places that are easy to visit from here as well as many golf courses nearby.
For convenience, there is a baker and grocery store less than 1km away. San Pedro town centre, 5 minutes away has supermarkets, shopping, pharmacy and restaurants for all your needs.  

The property has 2 balconies, one off the dining area and one off the master bedroom. The pool and garden are shared between the 14 properties within the private, walled community.

The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the 1 is in bedroom, 1 is in living/bedroom area, 1 double sofa bed located in the in living/bedroom area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
