The Villa
Villa Santa Elena offers ideal family holiday accommodation with air conditioning/heating set over three floors.
The house is welcoming and furnished in a comfortable and traditional style. It benefits from a self contained studio on the lower floor, and is in an elevated position with sea views from the upper floor.
Through a solid door from the street steps lead up to the front hall door.
A paved pathway leads to the left around to the rear garden. To the right of the front entrance are steps down to the self contained studio.
Once inside the main part of the house there is a smart, fitted kitchen to the left with front garden views. A decorative glazed door leads through to a spacious air conditioned lounge with dining area at one end. There is a feature bay with a window seat and patio doors opening to a pleasant shaded garden.
Off the hall is also a utility room and a corridor leads along to a shower room. The following bedrooms are all air conditioned/heated and have fitted wardrobes. At the end of the corridor is a comfortable double aspect twin bedroom with patio doors out to a terrace facing the pool area. Upstairs is the triple aspect master double bedroom with en suite shower room. Doors open to a small wrought iron terrace with fine sea views. There is also a twin bedroom with a wooden vaulted ceiling, en suite bathroom and lovely sea views.
The comfortable air conditioned/heated studio has twin beds and an en suite bathroom.
The lounge and all bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

Locally known as the strip, this smart residential area is thriving with a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants practically on the doorstep. The Calahonda beach is a 10 minute walk away, as is another local commercial area known as El Zoco, with its larger supermarkets.
