The apartment is in a superb location in the very centre of the well known Benalmadena Pueblo, the village which is renown for is beauty and picturesque views along the mountains and sea.

Restaurants and Bars are one minute walk.Benalmadena is conveniently placed just 19 kms from the airport. The Pueblo which is just 2 kms away, a typical old white andalucian village set in the mountains which has managed to retain its charm, with its narrow cobbled streets and panoramic view across for miles. Not well known, but it is the birth place of Antonio Banderas.
It rich in history with a museum, a castle and sports centres, with the best golf courses in the area. Some of the best restaurants I have eaten in Benalmadena Pueblo: Fidels, La Perla, El Higueron and Airen, are all highly recommended and within 2/5 mins away

Local Transport. There is a very good bus service nearby and the local transport is excellent in this area, otherwise taxi fares are not expensive, or you may wish to hire a car which will give you more freedom to see the other villages which are close by.

Benalmadena has a municipal council that promotes all the Festivities with Carnivals and processions. Easter, Holy Week, the Passion of Christ and Corpus Christi & the Three Kings. The processions start just outside our door, so you will have a perfect view from the appartment. These processions are traditional throughout Spain especially in the South of Spain. Even St. Patricks Day is celebrated in Arroyo de la Miel with the town Plaza taken over for the Irish celebrations.

Some of the best restaurants I have eaten in are Benalmadena Pueblo: Fidels, La Perla, El Higueron and Airen, are all excellent first class and highly recommended and are within 2/5 mins drive, The "Menu del Dia" which is a 3 course meal with 3 choices is about 7 euros per person = 7 - 8 EUROS with glass of wine or beer included.
