Located in the Elviria urbanization mid way between Puerto Cabopino and Marbella this recently built luxury apartment complex is located close to the Santa Maria golf course and within easy reach of numerous other courses as well as the excellent beaches Elviria is renound for. The apartment is serviced by an underground car park with lift access and a selection of swimming pools too choose from. 

Car hire is essential and has the added advantage of enabling you to explore the countryside, local towns and white villages (pueblos) which this area is famous for. 

The property consists of entrance hall, off which leads the fully fitted spacious kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing M/c and dishwasher. The living dining room is of a good size and has direct access to the large terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and has good views to the golf course. A hallway leads to the master double bedroom with en suit bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own beach/pool towels.
 

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
