The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Bell Family says: "We stayed at 39 Las Mimosas 20th- 30th July 2009. Our first stay in Cabopino, although we have been frequent visitors to Marbella in recent years. The accommodation was first class, the best weve experienced in Costa del Sol! The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The photos of the accommodation show it EXACTLY as it is - although they dont demonstrate just how spacious it really is! As we were staying for less than two weeks there was no maid service, but this wasnt a problem as there was a plentiful supply of towels and bedding. Having two bathrooms was a delight - as anyone with a teenage daughter will understand!!! The representative who met us on arrival was helpful and courteous. We rang ahead from the airport to let her know we were on our way and she was outside the apartment block waiting for us when we pulled up. She also made it clear that she was availiable on her mobile in case we had any queries during our stay. Cobopino is a little gem of a place! The picturesque marina of Puerto Cabopino has some fabulous restaraunts - Alberts and Julies were our favourites. And a visit to Da Bruno (on the roundabout) is a must. We will definitely return!!! "
